HOW TO ORDER?

Use the website navigation tool at the top of the page or the search box at the top left of the page to locate items you are looking for.  

Once the item has been found, add the quantity. Then, click the Add to Bag button. Items can be reviewed by clicking on the Cart at the top right of the screen. To remove any items in your bag, simply click the Remove button, or Update Quantity button to change the number of an item. 

When you are ready to make a purchase, click the Checkout button and follow the steps to complete your transaction.

DO THE COFFEE CAPSULES NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED?

Caffè Perfetto coffee capsules do not need to be stored in the refrigerator. The capsules are vacuum sealed and should be stored in a dry area away from direct sunlight upon opening. This will allow for the coffee to maintain its freshness.

WHERE TO BUY CAFFÈ PERFETTO CAPSULES?

Caffè Perfetto coffee capsules are available for purchase on our website, WeChat platform, and selected stockists throughout Hong Kong and the New Territories.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR COFFEE BEANS?

Our beans are sourced from small farmers in South America, then roasted and packaged in the small town of Sarcedo outside of Venice, Italy. Our coffee is then imported to Hong Kong for distribution to our clients in Asia.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF CAFFÈ PERFETTO CAPSULES?

The shelf life of our capsules are approximately 12 months.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

Standard local delivery charges are HKD 35. This rate applies for central and remote areas within Hong Kong.

Free shipping will be provided for orders over HKD 500 within Hong Kong.

WHICH NESPRESSO MACHINES WILL WORK WITH CAFFÈ PERFETTO CAPSULES?

Caffè Perfetto coffee capsules are compatible with all Nespresso machines. If you have any questions regarding the compatibility of your Nespresso machine, please email us at info@caffeperfetto.com

WHAT IS THE COFFEE CONTENT OF CAFFÈ PERFETTO CAPSULES?

Caffè Perfetto coffee capsules contain 5.6 grams of coffee. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED? 

You can order Caffè Perfetto products through your PayPal account or with a major credit card (Visa and Mastercard) through the PayPal guest system (no account sign-up needed). Bank transfer is also acceptable, please send copy of bank slip to info@caffeperfetto.com once you settle your payment.
